Step inside the rickhouse. Walk the stills. Pour one with the people who made it. Thursday through Saturday — bring your good boots.
A guided walk through the working distillery — mill, mash, still, and rickhouse — followed by a single tasting pour.
The walk-through plus a guided three-pour tasting: Signature, Reserve, and Single Barrel — side by side, with notes.
For groups of 4–8. Tour the rickhouse with a brother, taste straight from three single barrels, and choose one to bottle as your own.

Check in at the tasting room. Coffee, water, and a quick welcome from one of the brothers.
See the mill, mash tuns, fermenters, and copper pot stills in action. If we're distilling that day, you'll smell it.
Walk through aisles of charred oak barrels at rest. The "angel's share" hangs in the air.
Back in the tasting room. Glasses up. We talk through what's in the glass, then leave you to enjoy it.
