Book This Tour“You smell the mash.— Visitor Notes
You hear the still.
You taste it straight from the barrel.”
Check in at the tasting room. Coffee, water, and a quick welcome from one of the brothers (or someone who works closely with them).
See the mill, mash tuns, fermenters, and copper pot stills in action. If we're distilling that day, you'll smell it.
Walk through aisles of charred oak barrels at rest. The "angel's share" hangs in the air — that's the bourbon evaporating.
Back in the tasting room. Glasses up. We talk through what's in the glass, then leave you to enjoy it.
